All ShadowBuild products are aftermarket components designed for custom vehicle applications.

We reserve the right to:

3. Founder Allocation Model

Certain products are released under a Founder Allocation system, which requires a minimum order quantity before production begins.

By placing an order:

  • You understand that your purchase secures a position in a future production run
  • You agree that production will not begin until minimum order thresholds are met
  • You acknowledge that timelines are estimates and may vary

Failure to complete final payment when requested may result in forfeiture of your allocation and any deposit made.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full or as required (deposit + final balance).

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • All sales are final
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes without valid cause may result in permanent account restrictions and legal action if necessary

5. Shipping Terms

Shipping is not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated.

By purchasing:

  • You agree that all shipping costs are your responsibility
  • You assume all risk once the product leaves ShadowBuild’s possession

ShadowBuild is not responsible for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Lost shipments
  • Carrier delays or mishandling

Customers are responsible for:

  • Coordinating shipping (if applicable)
  • Purchasing shipping insurance if desired
  • Filing claims directly with the carrier

6. No Refunds / Final Sale

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the made-to-order and limited production nature of our products:

  • No returns, cancellations, or exchanges are permitted
  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances

7. Installation & Fitment Disclaimer

All products are intended for custom installation.

ShadowBuild is not responsible for:

  • Installation errors
  • Labor costs
  • Required modifications
  • Fitment variations due to vehicle condition or prior modifications

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

8. Use Disclaimer

Products are intended for off-road or show use unless otherwise stated.

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadowBuild shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Installation or modification
  • Shipping-related issues
  • Delays in production or delivery
