At ShadowBuild, all products are produced in limited batches and shipped under a customer-responsibility model. Please review the following terms carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Not Included
Shipping is not included in any product pricing unless explicitly stated.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated or arranged separately after purchase.
Shipping Responsibility
Once a product leaves ShadowBuild’s possession, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
ShadowBuild is not responsible for:
- Shipping damage
- Lost or stolen shipments
- Carrier delays
- Mishandling by third-party shipping providers
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit. However, ShadowBuild does not guarantee carrier handling once the item has been shipped.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Coordinate or approve shipping arrangements (if applicable)
- Select shipping method and carrier when required
- Purchase shipping insurance if desired
- Handle and file any claims directly with the shipping provider
Freight & Large Shipments
Due to the size of certain components (such as hoods, fenders, and bedsides), shipments may require freight services.
Additional requirements may include:
- Commercial delivery locations
- Liftgate service
- Appointment scheduling
All associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Timeline
Shipping timelines vary depending on:
- Production completion
- Product type and size
- Carrier availability
Shipping timeframes are separate from production timelines and are not guaranteed.
