At ShadowBuild, all products are produced under a limited, made-to-order production model focused on precision, exclusivity, and craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final under the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

All orders placed with ShadowBuild are non-refundable and final sale.

This includes:

Founder Allocation deposits
Full product purchases
Made-to-order and limited production items

No cancellations, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstance.

Founder Allocation Terms

Certain products are released under a Founder Allocation model, meaning production begins only after a minimum order quantity is reached.

All deposits are non-refundable
Deposits secure your position in the production run
Once minimum order thresholds are reached, customers will be notified to complete the remaining balance
Failure to complete final payment may result in forfeiture of allocation and deposit

Shipping Policy

Shipping is not included in any product pricing unless explicitly stated.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping arrangements may be coordinated after purchase
Risk of loss, damage, or delay during shipping is assumed by the customer

ShadowBuild ensures that all products are properly packaged prior to shipment; however, once a product leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or mishandling caused by carriers or third parties

Customers are responsible for:

Selecting shipping method and carrier (if applicable)
Requesting shipping insurance if desired
Filing any claims directly with the shipping provider

Production & Lead Times

All products are manufactured in limited batches.

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

Delays do not qualify for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations
